摘要
目的：比较测定冬虫夏草中甘露醇含量两种不同方法的优缺点。方法：采用比色法与容量法分别测定标准品甘露醇和三种天然虫草及金水宝原料粉的甘露醇含量，并进行比较。结果：比色法与容量法测定标准品甘露醇含量准确度高，重现性好；测定不同天然虫草和金水宝原料中甘露醇含量，容量法测定值高于比色法；但各种材料两法测定值之比接近，而不同胶囊剂的甘露醇含量之比不恒定，波动大。结论：比色法测定虫草中甘露醇含量比容量法更可靠，且快速简捷。
OBJECTIVE:Aduantage and disadvantage was made a comparison between colorimetry and capacity's method.METHOD:To use colorimetry and capacity's method to measure the mannitol contents of standard products' mannitol,three kinds of natural catepillar fungus and material pouder of jin-shui-bao.RESULTS:Both colorimetry and capacity's method has high accuracy and good recurrence to measure standard products' mannitol content;the measurement's value of the capacity's caterpillar fungus and jin-shui-bao's materials.The ratio of measurement's value making use of two kinds of methods to measure all kinds of materials apporachs,but the ratio of several capsule's mannitol content doesn't constant and have a bigger fluctuation.CONCLUSIONS:Colorimetry has more reliable than capacity's method to measure fast and simply mannitol content in the caterpillar fungus.
