摘要
用气相色谱法对桂花、苹果、山楂、玉米、油菜、白莲、山茶、枸杞等 8种花粉中脂肪酸的组成进行了分析。结果表明 :油酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸 3种不饱和脂肪酸在 8种花粉中所占比例普遍较高 ,约为一半左右 ,但白莲中棕榈酸含量较高 (质量分数为 5 8.2 % ) ;油菜、桂花中还含有一定量的花生四烯酸 (油菜为 0 .3% ,桂花为 0 .9% )。
Analyzing the composition of the fatty acid in the eight pollens (Osmanthus fragrans Lour,Malus pumila, Crataegus pinnatifida Bge, Zea mays, Bressica campestris, Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn, Camellia japonica L, Lycium chinense Mill. ) by GC. The result shows: three unsaturated fatty acid, oleic acid,linoleic acid and linolenic acid have high proportion(about a half) among eight pollens. But hexadecanoic acid is higher in the Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn (quality fraction is 58.2%). Acid with a certain amount is also found in the Bressica campestris and Osmanthus fragrans Lour (Bressica campestris is 0.3%, Osmanthus fragrans Lour is 0.9%).
