摘要
目的 :探讨膀胱移行细胞癌中MMP - 2 ,MMP - 9表达的临床意义。方法 :采用免疫组化方法对 6 4例膀胱移行细胞癌及 10例正常膀胱黏膜组织中MMP - 2 ,MMP - 9进行染色 ,观察其与肿瘤分期分级的关系。结果 :随肿瘤分级的增高 ,MMP - 2和MMP - 9的表达显著增强 (χ2 =5 .12 6 ,P =0 .0 2 4和 χ2 =13.15 2 ,P =0 .0 0 0 )。随肿瘤分期的增高MMP - 2的表达显著增强 (χ2 =6 .2 0 2P =0 .0 13)。结论 :MMP - 2在膀胱移行细胞癌的侵袭过程中起到了重要作用 ,可能成为估计预后的一项有用的指标。
Objective:To investigate the clinical value of expression of Matrix metalloproteinase 2,9 in the bladder transitional cell carcinoma. Methods:MMP-2,MMP-9 were examined immunohistochemically in 64 BTCC and 10 normall bladder tissue. The correlation between the expression of MMP-2,MMP-9 and tumor grade and stage was analysed.Results:The expression of MMP-2,MMP-9 increased with tumor grade (χ 2= 5.126 , P= 0.024 and χ 2=13. 152, P= 0. 000). MMP-2 also increased with stage (χ 2=6.202 P= 0. 013 ). Conclusions:MMP-2 plays a key role in the invasion of BTCC. MMP-2 may be a useful predictor in bladder cancer.
