摘要
以ω-甲酰基莰烯与酮缩合所得的β-莰烯基-α、β-不饱和酮为原料,经催化氢化得γ-异莰烷基醇,后者经铬酸氧化得β-异莰烷基酮,合成了两个系列共15个异莰烷类化合物,进行了MS、IR与~1H NMR等分析和香气评定,其中9个为文献未见报道的新化合物。
The paper reports the catalytic hydrogenation of β-camphenyl-α, β-unsaturated ketone prepared by condensation of w-formylcamphene with ketone. r-isocamphanyl alcohol,obtained in this reaction,was oxidized by chromic acid to form β-isocamphanyI ketone. Fifteen compounds of isocamphanes which belong to two series have been synthesized,nine of which have not been reported. All products have been identified with MS,IR and 1H NMR and their flavour have been evaluated.
