摘要
以长叶烯的芳构化产物１，１－二甲基－７－异丙基－１，２，３，４－四氢萘为原料，合成了系列素满型麝香化合物，进行了结构分析和香气评定，讨论了分子结构与香气的关系，其中５个为文献未见报道的新化合物。
A series of tetralin-type musky compounds were synthesized from 1, 1-dimethyl-7-isopropyl-te-tralin which is the product from aromatization of longifolene. Five of the nine compounds synthesized werenot reported. All products were identified by MS,IR and 1￣H NMR with their odour evaluated. The relation-ship between molecular structure and odour is discussed.
