摘要
以莰烯为原料,先经Vilsmeier-Haack甲酸化反应制得E型莰烯醛,将后者控制氧化得E型8-莰烯基甲酸(2).在硫酸催化下使2分别与甲醇、乙醇、正丙醇、异丙醇进行酯化反应合成了2的,四种酯,并进行了纯化和结构分析.氧化及酯化的得率都较高,而且甲酯与乙酯的香气良好.
Four alkyl E-8-camphenylcarboxylic acid esters were synthesized by the esterifica tion of,E-8-camphenylcarhoxylic acid(2),Which,was.prapalred from comphene through Vilsmeier-Haack formylation and selected oxidation.All porducts.have been purified and analyzed. Both the esterification and oxidation had good yields,also methyl and ethyl E-8-cam phenylcarboxylic acid esters were a kind of favorable perfume,so it established a new way for the deep utilization of camphene.
