摘要
以柠檬桉叶油为主要原料经环化、催化氢化二步反应得到薄荷醇。在环化反应中 ,考察了温度、环化剂、反应物浓度、反应器类型对反应的影响 ,得出反应产率达70 %~ 75 %。在氢化反应中 ,经过对反应时间、温度、压力、催化剂用量及催化剂套用等条件的探讨 ,将氢化压力由文献报道的 10 MPa降至 0 .3 MPa,产率近 10 0 %。实验表明此合成工艺简单 ,条件温和 ,易于工业化生产。
Menthol was obtained from lemon eucalyptus oil via cyclization and catalytic hydrogenation. The effects of temperature, cyclizing agent, reactant concentration and reaction container were studied, yield, 70%~75%. In hydrogenation reaction, the pressure was reduced from 10 MPa reported in literature to 0.3 MPa. Through the study on reaction time, temperature, pressure, catalyst dosage and regeneration, the yield was almost 100%. The experiment demonstrates that this process is simple, mild and easy to industrialization.
