摘要
采用GC/MS联用技术,对苦杏仁精油的化学成分进行了分析鉴定,共分离出17种化合物,鉴定出12种,已鉴定成分占精油总成分70%,其主要组分为苯甲醛及其衍生物。
Chemical composition of the essential oil from bitter almond was analyzed by means of GC/MS technique. 12 components of 17 separated components, which constitute about 70 % the total oil, were identified. The results showed that the main components in essential oil were benzaldehyde and its derivatives.
