摘要
综述了近年中药挥发油提取技术的研究进展,主要包括水蒸气蒸馏法、压榨法、溶剂提取法等传统的提取方法和微波提取法、超临界二氧化碳提取法、固相微提取法、超声波提取法、分子蒸馏、酶法提取、微胶囊双水相提取法等新提取方法及研究成果。
This article reviews the recent progress in the extractive techniques of volatile oil from traditional Chinese medicine, including the traditional extraction methods such as steam distillation, pressing method and solvent extraction, and new extraction methods such as microwave extraction, supercritical carbon dioxide extraction, solid-phase microextraction, ultrasonic extraction, molecular distillation technology, enzymatic extraction, microcapsule and aqueous two-phase system and so on.
