摘要
用荧光光谱和紫外可见吸收光谱法研究了在模拟人体生理条件下 ,盐酸多西环素与牛血清白蛋白结合反应的特征 ,发现盐酸多西环素对牛血清白蛋白有较强的荧光猝灭作用 ,且盐酸多西环素的紫外吸收光谱和牛血清白蛋白的荧光发射光谱有一定程度的重叠 ,由此得出了其结合反应的结合常数、结合位点数及作用距离 .
The binding characteristics of doxycycline hyclate(DH) and bovine serum albumin have been studied by fluorescence and absorption spectroscopy in aqueous solution. The results show that DH has a powerful ability to quench the BSA fluorescence via a nonradiative energy transfer mechanism. The fluorescence quenching data were analyzed according to Stern-Volmer equation. The binding constant and distance of reaction were obtained. From the synchronous spectum to some extent DH has effect on the conformation of BSA.
