雷公藤多甙对溃疡性结肠炎大鼠模型的保护作用 被引量:12

摘要 目的 观察雷公藤多甙对大鼠溃疡性结肠炎炎性损伤的保护作用。方法 采用三硝基苯磺酸制备大鼠溃疡性结肠炎模型 ,将动物随机分为正常对照组、模型组、生理盐水组及雷公藤多甙组 ,其中雷公藤多甙与生理盐水以灌胃的方式给药 ,然后对照观察大鼠肠组织大体形态及组织学变化 ,分别测定SOD和MPO活性 ,MDA和NO含量。结果 雷公藤多甙组大鼠肠组织损伤指标 (MPO)明显改善 ,肠道炎性损伤评分指数明显降低 ,肠组织中NO ,MDA含量降低 ,SOD活性明显升高 ,与模型组和生理盐水组相比有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 雷公藤多甙对溃疡性结肠炎具有良好的保护作用 。 Objective It is to observe the protective effect of tripterygium wilfordii polyglycosidium on ulcerative colitis model rats. Methods Ulcerative colitis model rats were induced with 2, 4, 6 trinitrobenaene sulfonic acid (TNBS) and randomized into normal group, model group, NS group and TⅡ group. Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycosidium and NS were given by stomach. The macroscopical and histological changes of the colon were evaluated. The superoxide dismutase (SOD) and MPO activity, the content of MDA and NO in all rats were detected respectively. Results Compared with model group and NS group, in TⅡ group the MPO and SOD activity were notably improved, the content of MDA and NO were obviously lower and the inflammatory injury was slight. There was significant difference ( P <0.01). Conclusion Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycosidium has protective effect on rats from ulcerative colitis. Resisting oxidative stress probably is one of the main mechanisms.
