摘要
本文调查上海地区354名不同职业40～60岁妇女的绝经年龄,更年期症状及有关家庭、心理和社会环境因素。妇女平均绝经年龄为49.4岁,参照K氏绝经指数拟定了以潮热等症状为主的更年期症状评分法。结果表明评分指数与绝经年龄无相关,更年期症状在绝经前3年开始出现,一般持续至好转约4年,症状严重程度与职业、产次、婚姻状况、家庭环境、既往疾病相关,
Three hundred fifty-four women, 40 to 60 years old, of different occupations in Shanghai area were studied. Among them, natural menopause, operative castration and medical castration were found in 211, 7 and 3 women respectively. The average menopausal age in natural menopause group was 49.4 years old. Statistical analysis showed there was no significant difference in menopausal age. A climacteric symptom scoring method was designed basing on hot fresh and sweating, insomonia, palpitation, fatigue and joint pain. The results of investigation showed that the scare was significantly related to the occupation, parity, marital status, living cnvironment and past diseasea history.
