重组肠三叶因子对实验性结肠炎大鼠NO表达、MDA和SOD活性的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究重组肠三叶因子(rhITF)对实验性结肠炎大鼠NO (一氧化氮)、MDA(丙二醛)、SOD(超氧化物歧化酶)的影响. 方法:乙酸致结肠炎的大鼠给予rhITF灌肠后,肉眼及光镜下观察黏膜损伤程度及组织学变化,并检测结肠黏膜中iNOS mRNA和NO的表达及MDA、SOD活性. 结果:rhITF组的结肠黏膜损伤指数(CMDI)较模型组低(1. 22±0.67 vs 2.11±0.60,P<0.05),rhITF组iNOS mRNA 较正常组和模型组表达增加,NO含量分别为(10.32±1.95) μmol/g、(5.31±1.31)μmol/g、(1.03±0.40)μmol/g,rhITF 组与正常组和模型组的差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).rhITF 组、模型组和正常组MDA含量分别为(10.82±2.19)nmol/ mg、(12.75±0.76)nmol/mg、(8.06±0.76)nmol/mg,SOD含量分别为(506.43±54.01)nkat/mg、(496.93±9.34)nkat/mg、(680.97 ±35.51)nkat/mg,rhITF组与模型组的差异没有统计学意义. 结论:rhITF能减轻肠黏膜炎症反应,可能与iNOS和NO 途径有关.
