摘要
目的 评估奎硫平治疗精神分裂症的疗效及安全性。方法 对首次住院的 80例精神分裂症患者随机分为两组 ,分别选用奎硫平与利培酮进行 6周治疗 ,采用阳性症状与阴性症状量表 ( PANSS) ,评估临床疗效 ,用副反应量表 ( TESS)评估副反应。结果 两药对精神分裂症疗效相当 ,奎硫平组静坐不能发生率 ( 0 ) ,显著低于利培酮组 ( 1 0 .5 % )。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Quetiapine of treatment of schizophrenia.Methods Eighty schizophrenic patients who were first admitted in our hospital were divided into two groups receiving quetiapine and risperidone for 6 weeks respectively.PANSS was used to evaluate the effect and TESS was wsed to evluate the side effects.Results Both groups had a similar effect.Akathisia Produced rate is lower in quetiapine group than in risperidone group.Conclusion Quetiapine had a difinite effect in the treatment of schizophrenia and had rather safety.
