国产奎硫平与氯丙嗪治疗精神分裂症对照研究 被引量：1

摘要 目的评价国产奎硫平治疗精神分裂症的临床效果和不良反应。方法将60例精神分裂症患者随机分配到奎硫平组(30例)和氯丙嗪组(30例)进行对照研究,疗程6周,疗效评定采用简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)、阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)。不良反应采用副反应量表(TESS)。结果奎硫平组有效率为83.33%,氯丙嗪组有效率为80.00%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。奎硫平组的不良反应较氯丙嗪组少,其中EPS显著少于氯丙嗪组少。结论国产奎硫平对精神分裂症的疗效与氯丙嗪相当,不良反应较小。
