摘要
目的比较非典型抗精神病药物利培酮与典型抗精神病药物奋乃静治疗老年精神分裂症的有效性及安全性。方法将126例老年精神分裂症的患者按治疗药物分为两组,利培酮组(67例)和奋乃静组为(59例),比较两组患者的疗效及副反应。结果在治疗前两组间性别、年龄、病程、PANSS等均无统计学差异(P>0.05),两组在治疗前后PANSS评分均具显著性差异(P<0.01),两组间在治疗后PANSS无显著性差异(P>0.05),而TESS有显著性差异。结论利培酮治疗老年精神分裂症与奋乃静疗效相当,但利培酮的安全性方面优于奋乃静。
Objective To study the efficacy and satety of Risperidone in treatment of elderly schizophrenia and compare with Perphenazine as a control.Methods 126 cases with Elderly Schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups receiving Risperidone or Perphenazine.67 cases treated with Risperidone and 59cases treated with Perphenazine.PANSS,TESS scales were used to measure effect and safety before treatment and at the end of week 2,4,8.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in age,sex,course and the scores of PANSS between two groups.After treatment there were significant change of the scores of PANSS in both groups.But there were no significant differences in the scores of PANSS between two groups.However,significant differences were found between two groups in the change about score of TESS.Conclusions Risperidone has similar efficacy and satety to Perphenazine in treat elderly schizophrenia.But Risperidone has less side-effect than Perphenazine.
