摘要
工程施工项目的招投标工作在全国已经全面展开,但至今高等学校工程施工项目的招投标还没有统一的规章制度,本文重点论述了高等学校工程施工项目招投标工作的原则、方式、条件、方法、程序以及招投标工作存在的问题,期望能够提高和完善高等学校工程施工项目的招投标工作。
The bidding of engineering construction project has been in full swing nationally, but it hasn't unified rules and regulations in colleges and universities. This paper focuses on the principle, pattern, condition, method, procedure of the bidding and the problems in the bidding to improve and perfect the bidding in colleges and universities.
