摘要
依据规定,建设单位可以对一些小型建设项目自主决定承包单位,建设单位一般采取内部招标的办法确定承包单位。本文指出这种合法的择优活动,在执行过程中存在着不规范和腐败现象,要克服这种现象,必须抓制度建设,抓思想教育,抓监督管理。
According to rules, construction company can choose contractor itself for some small construction project. Construction company usually chooses contractor by inner invite bidding. The paper refers to that there are some nonstandard and corrupt phenomena in process of carrying out the legal action. To avoid the phenomena, we must strengthen system building, thought education and supervision management.
