摘要
本文根据我国经济体制改革的实践 ,我国市场经济的形成和我国经济的变化与发展 ,运用生态学原理 ,在分析国内外大量研究成果的基础上 ,建立了企业生态学的理论体系 ,首次提出了商业生态工程的概念。这对企业的组建和治理 ,市场的建设和管理 ,经济可持续发展和全球经济一体化提供了可参考的理论基础和操作方法。特别是在进入高科技经济和信息革命时代 。
This paper establishes a systematical theory of business ecology and advances the concept of business ecological engineering by means of principle of general ecology,that is based on the study on a mount of academic results concerned and the analysis of the progress of economy reform,the formation of market economy of China and the changes and development of Chinese economy.The research results can settle a theoretical foundation and operational methods of organization and administration of enterprises,construction and management of markets,planning and regulation of local,industrial and national economy,and ecological economy sustainable development.Particularly entering the century of high technological economy and information times,using the technology of electronic networks and modern communication can impel the theory of business ecology and business ecological engineering into practice.
