摘要创业企业融资困境的主要原因之一是信息不对称。本文在对创业融资中资金供需双方之间信息不对称分析的基础上,借鉴生态系统信息传递机理,提出基于时间动态性的资金供需双方间的创业融资信息传递机制的研究框架。从系统的角度出发,在参与主体、传递对象、传递手段和传递规程等四方面,提出相应的支撑创业企业融资的信息传递机制的具体设计思路。 Information asymmetry is one of the reason that block the start - up financing successfully. This paper discusses the contents and cause of information asymmetry in new ventures financing. Based on the information transfer mechanism of ecosystem, this paper presents a concept frame of information transfer mechanism of start - up financing between the supply and demand sides of capital with the following of time dynamics. Under the theory of system, four parts of measure are stated to assure it run efficiently in order to lower information asymmetry.
