摘要
本文分析了国外学者关于创新和知识溢出是否趋于集中化的争论,对一些学者关于专利与创新集群的数据、知识溢出的测量数据、生产函数中研究开发溢出估计的经验数据等进行了介绍和分析,得出的结论是知识溢出是趋于集中化的。
The paper argues that the knowledge spill - over tends to be localized according to the data of patent for innovation cluster, the spillover measure, the spill - over estimation of R&D in production function and other empirical data from some abroad scholars.
