摘要
对我国西南地区小城镇污水处理现状及存在问题进行了分析,并对西南地区小城镇污水处理工程的发展进行了探讨,就系统整体规划、管网体制、处理工艺、排放标准、污泥处理与处置、配套管理体制等几个方面提出建议。
Based on analysis of the current status and existing problems, the author probed into the development of small town sewage treatment works in Southwestern area of China, and gave suggestions in respects of general system planning; pipe network system; treatment technique; drainage standard; treatment of sewage sludge and corresponding administration system etc.
