摘要
研究了在有机溶剂中的脂肪酶的固定化。并确定了固定化脂肪酶的条件,如载体、有机溶剂、初水量等。固定化脂肪酶的回收率达到48.30%且稳定性好,其半衰期为360h.
In organic solvent immobilization of lipase was studied.The immobilization conditions such as suppoting materials,water content and organic solvent were determined,The Activity recovery of immobilized lipase is 48.3%,The immobilized lipase is stability and its operational half-life is about 360 hours.
