On the Stability of Volatile Oil of Rhizoma Chuanxiong

摘要 为考察温度、浓度、光、pH值对川芎蒸馏液中藁本内酯稳定性的影响 ,采用紫外分光光度法 ,在 2 71nm处测定川芎水蒸汽蒸馏液的吸收度 (A值 )。结果表明 ,温度和光对藁本内酯稳定性影响较大 ,pH值对藁本内酯稳定性有一定影响 ,川芎蒸馏液浓度对藁本内酯稳定性影响不大。提示川芎蒸馏液应采用低温避光法保存 ,其pH值宜定在 5左右 。 To investigate the effects of temperature,concentration,light and pH value on the stability of ligustilide in distilled fluid of Rhizoma Chuanxiong,ultraviolet spectrophotometric method was used to detect the absorbance(A value)of the distilled fluid at the wavelength of 271 nm.Results:Temperature and light had stronger effects on the stability of ligustilide,pH value had certain effect on its stability,while the concentration of the distilled fluid had no effect on its stability.It is indicated that the distilled fluid of Rhizoma Chuanxiong should be preserved in the low temperature and shady place and kept at the pH of 5 to secure its quality and clinical effects.
