摘要
目的优选川芎挥发油的提取工艺。方法以川芎挥发油的提取转移率为指标,采用正交试验法,考察药材粒度、溶剂的用量、提取时间对提取效果的影响。结果药材粒度为过40目筛,用10倍量水,回流提取12小时,川芎挥发油的提取率最高。结论本方法简单可行,成本低,提取转移率较高,可为工业生产提供依据。
Objective To ascertain the condition for extracting Rhizoma Chuanxiong with water. Methods With the transferring rate as index, the optimum extraction condition for the volume, extracting time and granularity were selected by orthogonal design. Results Taking water as solvent, Rhizoma Chuanxiong was smashed to 40 meshes and extracted with 10 times volume of water for 12 hr. In this condition, Rhizoma chuanxiong could be effectively extracted. Conclusion The extraction precession is ultimate, simple and economic cost, the experimental results provided the basis for the ascertainment of extraction process of Rhizoma chuanxiong preparation.
