摘要
介绍微波消解预处理技术用于食品消解的一般实验方法、影响消解效果因素分析及相应的最佳条件控制 ;用AAS法测定预处理样品中的微量元素 ,结果良好。
General experimental method applied for the digestion of foodstuff after pretreatment by microwave digestion and the analysis of elements which affect the effect of digestion as well as the result optimum cnditiona. Good results were obtained by AAS to determine the trace elements in the samples after pretreatment.
