摘要
本文研究了多种植物样品在常压下用微波炉进行酸消解的情况,考察了消解体系、反应器和微波功率对消解结果的影响。将此法用于标准参考物质的测定,得到了满意的结果。
The digestion of plant samples at atmospheric pressure with acid mixture in a microwave oven was studied. the effect of various acidic digestion mixtures, reaction vessels and microwave power levels on the result were examined. The procedure has been optimized and applied for the digestion of some standard reference materials and the results were shown to be satisfactory.
