摘要
研究一种高效、无污染、低成本的以小麦麸皮为原料酶法制备低聚木糖的方法。分别考察酸法、碱法、双氧水法处理小麦麸皮,比较经微波处理与不经微波处理的小麦麸皮中木聚糖的得率。结果表明:不经微波处理的麸皮的木聚糖提取率最高的是双氧水法处理;经微波处理后木聚糖提取率最高的是碱法处理;TLC(薄层色谱)结果显示小麦麸皮酶解液的主要成分为木二糖。
This paper presenten an application of response surface methodologies for production of xylo oligosaccharides from wheat bran.The effects of microwave treating pretreatment on the production of xylo oligosaccharides from wheat bran by enzymatic hydrolysis were studied.After soaked in H2SO4,NaOH solution and H2O2,cornoobs were heated to a microwave digestion oven and hydrolyzed by xylanse.Without microwave digestion,when corncobs were soaked in H2O2,the extraction ratio of xylan were better than the other ways.With microwave were soaked in NaOH solution.The Tcl demonstrated that xylobiose were the main compositions.
