摘要
本文研究了在HAc—NaAc介质中,以金精三羧酸三铵盐(AAC)为沉淀显色剂,与Al^(3+)生成红色沉淀,沉淀吸滤到滤纸上,再将滤纸置于721型分光光度计中,于λ_(max)=525nm下进行测定,此法操作简便,选择性较好,灵敏度较高。Al^(3+)的标准曲线在0~50μg/25ml范围内呈良好的线性关系,用本法测定茶枯饼、土壤和人发中的铝获得了令人满意的结果。
The titled method was based on the AAC precipitable effect on the colour reaction with AI(Ⅲ) in the HAc-NaAc buffer medium. The red precipitation was then deposited on a small piece of paper through a filter pipette. Followed by the determination of fleck at 525 nm with spectrophotometer model 721. The main advantages of this method were simple,rapid,good selection and high sensitivity (3×10^(-10) g.1^(-1)). The calibration curve of Al (Ⅲ)were linear in the range of 0~50μg/25 ml. The method has been applied to the analysis of camellia oleifera cake, soil and hair with satisfactory results.
