摘要
本文提出了一种测定微量铝的新的荧光光度法。Al^(3+)与羟基萘酚兰(HNB)形成配合物的荧光强度与铝的含量在1×10^(-5)~1×10^(-8)mol/L范围内呈现良好的线性关系,检测限为3.5×10^(-9)mol/L,对4×10^(-8)mol/L铝的11次检测,其相对标准偏差为2.9%。考察了二十多种离子的干扰情况,并成功地应用于粮食及人发中铝含量的测定。
A new fluorimetric method for determination of microamount aluminium is described. Hydroxy naphthol blue (HNB) can form a fluorescent complex with aluminium, and the fluorescence intensity was linear with the concentration of Al in the range of 1×10^(-5)mol/L to 1×10^(-8)mol/L. The detection limit was 3.5×10^(-9)mol/L. The RSD (11 measurements to 4×10^(-8)mol/Al^(3+)) was 2.9%, The method has been used to determine Al in foodstuff and hair samples.
