摘要
利用等离子发射光谱和阳极溶出伏安法测定汕头地区食管癌高低发区人发中24种元素的含量,统计分析发现,高发区人发中的镉、铅、铲和铟的含量明显高于低发区,而钴、钙、硒和钡则低于低发区;逐步回归分析显示,砷与镉与发病率呈正相关,而钛、钴和硒则呈负相关;对致癌与抗癌元素的综合效应计算,表明高发区的(As×3)+(Ni×2)+(Cd×2)分别同Se,(Se+Zn)及(Se+Zn+Cu)的比值,均明显高于低发区。
24 Elements in human hair Samples collected from the high and low esophageal cancer districts (Shantou area) were determinated by ICP-AES and ASV. Under a Statistical analysis, it was found that the Contents of Cd, PR and Ni in Samples from the high incideuce district are higher than those from the low incidence district, on the contrary, the contents of Co,Ca,Sr,Se and Ba are much lower. By a computerised stepwise regrssion analysis, it suggested that there is a positive relationship between contents of As, Cd and the iucidence, Conversely, a negative corelation for the contents of Co, Ti and Se with the incidence. The comprehensive efficient ratios of cancinogenic vs. anticancer elements were calculated. All ratios of (As×3) + (Ni×2) + (Cd×2)versuo Se,Se+Zn and Se+Zn +Cu in the high incidence district are obviously hiKher than those in the low incidence district.
