摘要
介绍了以乙腈、乙醇、甲苯、硫酸和盐酸为原料,制备医药维生素B1中间体乙亚氨酸乙酯盐酸盐的新工艺。优化工艺条件为:乙腈13 2g、乙醇20g、甲苯23g、硫酸83g、盐酸56g,反应温度(28±1)℃,反应时间为14~16h。乙亚氨酸乙酯盐酸盐的产率≥95%。
A new process for the preparation of acetimidoyl ethyl ether hydrochloride which is used as intermediate for vitamin B1 from acetonitrile,alcohol,toluene,sulfuric acid and chlorhydric acid was introduced. The optimum reaction conditions were:acetonitrile 13.2 g,alcohol 20 g,toluene 23 g,sulfuric acid 83 g,chlorhydric acid 56 g,reaction at (28±1)℃ for 14~ 16 h.The title compound acetimidoyl ethyl ether hydrochloride was obtained in ≥95% yield.
