摘要
用计算机模拟计算了ZG45的应力框600℃落砂时的应力场,通过试验和仿真的方法给出了应力随落砂温度的变化曲线,得出了残余应力随落砂温度的变化经历了3个阶段,同时分析了3个阶段应力的形成特点。结果发现,ZG45的铸件在900℃落砂时,残余应力最大。本文中,提出了铸造中的质量 效率(残余应力 落砂温度)平衡图,分析了在工业大生产中该平衡图具有的实际意义,能够使铸件的质量和生产效率达到最佳匹配。
In this paper,it is computed that the stress field of ZG45 stress fra me-shape specimen with the shake-out temperature of 600℃ by using computer numerical simulation. Residual stress/shake-out temperature curves are given with the methods of experiment an d simulation, and it is obtained that the Stress/shake-out temperature curves have three periods, at the same time the characteristics of stress in the three periods are analyzed. By computing a resu lt is showed that residual stress of ZG45 casting will get the maximum value at the shake-out tem perature of 900℃. The equilibrium diagram of quality-efficiency (residual stress/shake-out tempe rature) is proposed. And the equilibrium diagram plays a practical role in practical production and c an make quality and efficiency reach the best match.
