摘要
利用有限元软件模拟计算了抛丸机定向套淬火过程中的温度场的变化;计算时考虑了非线性的材料比热容、热导率的影响。结果显示:在淬火过程中定向套各部位温度分布不同,平板边缘降温速率大于半圆筒壁处,在定向套不同部位存在温度差。研究结果有助于抛丸机定向套淬火工艺制订及淬火应力的分析。
The calculations using finite element software were carried out to simulate the 3D temperature field of directed sets in shot blasting machine during quenching.The simulation took into account the influence of nonlinear physical property parameters,specific heat capacity and thermal conductivity.The results show that the temperature distribution along the different parts in directed sets is not uniform during quenching,and the temperature in self-cylinder wall is higher than other parts in directed sets during quenching.The study results are helpful to design quenching process and analyze quenching stress.
