摘要
对ZL102合金冷却后的残余应力进行了研究,给出了应力-时间曲线.发现E形应力框的粗细杆横截面积比、应力杆长度和浇注温度等因素对ZL102残余应力有着不同程度的影响,当粗细杆横截面积比为4时。
The residual stress of aluminium alloy ZL102 after casting and cooling has been studied in this paper and the stress time curve has been presented It is pointed out that the residual casting stress of alloy ZL102 is influenced by the ratio of cross sections of stress bar in E type stress test frame,the langth of stress bar and pouring temperature in different extent and has a maximum value when the cross section area ratio between stress bars is 4
