摘要
分析金属热处理中的热应力和相变引起的组织应力产生原因,认为金属残余应力(内应力)存在是材料不稳定状态,随着材料的加工和使用条件(特别是温度和环境)变化,这种应力状态会发生改变。论文结合钢铁和铝合金热处理中的开裂问题,提出了金属残余应力与开裂失效的判据——即当材料中的内应力(或应力强度因子)大于该材料局部区域的失效抗力时就出现开裂失效;最后提出一些减少金属开裂和裂纹愈合的可能途径。
The reason of thermal stress and phase transformation stress in metal heat treatment was analyzed,the stress in heat treatment is instability state for the materials,and released during the process and application condition (especially temperature and environment) changes.Some crack cases of steels and aluminum alloys in heat treatment were given,then put forward the criterion of metals residual stress and crack failure,when the residual stress value (or stress intensity factor) is large than that of the failure resistance in the metal,it will happen crack failure.Finally some methods of reducing crack and crack healing for metals are suggested.
