甲壳素、壳聚糖及其衍生物由于价廉易得 ,无毒副作用 ,并有许多独具的功能 ,引起了各国专业人士的关注 。
Chitin,chitoson and their ramifications are interested by people for the cheap cost,easy obtainment, non-innocuity and non-side effect,in particularly,their particular fuctions.They are more and more applied to food industry,for instance health protection food.
