摘要
介绍了国内外油脂中胶质去除工艺的进展 ,并对各种去除方法进行了评述。去除油脂中胶质的方法中 ,比较成熟的主要有膜过滤法、水化法和特殊水化法 ,新方法有超临界萃取法等。
The process of removing the resins of oils and fats was introduced.The removing methods such as membrane filtration method,micella degumming method,special micella degumming method and supercritical degumming etc,were described and evaluated respectively.
