摘要 火锅色香味美 ,被许多人所喜爱。但是 ,食用火锅也会引起许多卫生和安全性问题 。 Chaffy dish food have the characteristics of good taste,sweet-smelling and abundant nutrition.As a popular tradition cooking,it is popularly accepted by people of southwest china,especially in Chonqing and Sichuan.But like other cooking,it also exists in some problem,such as security,sanitation,etc.In the article we discussed some sickness that brought by eating Chaffy dish food and some notices of cooking by traditional chaffy dish,such as edible security,sanitation,nutrition,the basic soup and food material,etc.
