正交设计法考察盐酸洛美沙星葡萄糖注射液制备工艺 被引量:4

摘要 目的 :对盐酸洛美沙星葡萄糖注射液生产工艺过程的影响因素进行实验考察 ,寻求最佳生产工艺。方法 :通过正交设计考察 pH、加炭量、温度和加热时间 4个因素对盐酸洛美沙星含量的影响 ,选用L16(4 5)正交表进行实验。结果 :实验证明活性炭对盐酸洛美沙星有明显吸附作用 ,在 pH值为4 .8,加炭量为 0 .0 2 % ,温度为 5 0℃及加热时间为 10min的优化条件下 ,活性炭对盐酸洛美沙星的吸附量最小。结论 :生产过程中应对上述影响因素进行控制 ,提高产品质量。 Objective: To study the influencing factors to affect the quality of lomefloxacin hydrochloride and glucose injection product technique process, and to search a best producing technique. Method: The four factors, such as pH, amount of activated carbon added, temperature of solution, and time of heat ascended, which influenced the content of lomefloxacin in somefloxacin hydrochloride and glucose injection prepared by orthogonal design, and a experiment was conducted by the selected table L 16 (4 5). Result: The experimental result indicated that the lomefloxacin could be absorbed markedly by activated carbon in solution, The amount of activated carbon for absorbing lomefloxacin was presented as a smallest degree in a condition of pH 4.8 , amount of activated carbon 0.02% , solution temperature 50 ℃, and heat ascended time 10 minutes.Conclusion: In order to enhancing quality of product, a above mentiond factors should be controlled in the productive process.
