摘要
目的:考察活性炭对氟罗沙星葡萄糖注射液生产工艺过程对氟罗沙星含量和成品pH值的影响。方法:于注射液中加入不同量的活性炭,75℃水浴恒温30 min后滤过,测氟罗沙星和葡萄糖含量;于不同pH值的注射液以及于不同的水浴温度中,加入一定量的活性炭,同法操作,测氟罗沙星含量和pH值。结果:随活性炭用量的增加,注射液中氟罗沙星含量明显降低,而葡萄糖含量不受影响。当注射液的pH值在3.2~5.0时,活性炭对氟罗沙星吸附相对较少,对注射液的pH值影响不大;而pH值在6.0~7.0时降低明显,水浴温度对活性炭的吸附影响不大。结论:在实际生产中,活性炭用量宜控制在0.025%左右,pH值宜控制在3.5~5.5之间。
Objective:To unvestigate the effect of activated carbon on both the content of fleroxacin and pH value of fleroxacin glu-cose injection.Method;Different amount of activated carbons were added to the injection and wartmed at 75℃in water bath for 30 tuin and then filtered,the contents of fleroxacin and pH value were determined.Result:The experiment showed that the content of fleroxacin decreased markedly with the increase of actrivared carbon,but no change in the content of glucose.When the pH value of tnjection was between 3.2-5.0,the relatively less quantities of fleroxacin were adsorbed by the activared carbon and it had only a little effect on the pH value of injection;while at pH 6.0-7.0 the decline was obvious.It had no obvious effect of temperature of water bath on the adsorprion of the activated carbon.Conclusion;The used quantity of activated carbon should be controlled at ahout 0.025%,The pH of njecton should be maiatained berween 3.5-5.5 in the actural production.
