摘要
目的了解洛美沙星不良反应发生情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法检索2000~2007年国内专业医药期刊中有关洛美沙星出现的不良反应,进行整理、归纳和分析。结果洛美沙星的不良反应以过敏反应最为常见,占ADR的46.97%。结论随着洛美沙星在临床上广泛应用,其不良反应及用药安全性应得到关注。
Objective To understand the adverse effects of lomefloxacin for clinical reference rational drug use.Methods Search from 2000 to 2007 relating to professional medical journals,ADRs of lomefloxacin were collated,summarized and analyzed.Results Allergic reactions was the most common in ADRs of lomefloxacin,accounting for 46.97%.Conclusion With lomefloxacin was widely used in clinical practice,ADR and drug safety should be given attention.
