摘要
民族地区高等院校面临着现状落后与需求增长、资源短缺与扩大规模、生源不足与规格提高、区位劣势与人才稳定、民族文化与外来文化“五大矛盾” ,急需解决学校发展、专业建设、人才层次、学术平台“四个定位”。民族地区高等院校如何应对经济全球化 ,实现跨越式发展有确保定位、制定规划。
Colleges and universities in ethnic minority reg ions are facing five contradictions: backward status quo versus increasing deman ds,insufficient fund versus expending size, insufficient student source versus r ising level,regional disadvantage versus talents stability and ethnic culture ve rsus foreign culture.There are also four problems of orientation calling for urg ent solution:school development,specialty construction,level of personnel and ba se of academic research.Five effective ways are put forward in this article to h elp colleges and universities in ethnic minority regions meet the challenge of g lobalization to realize their leaping development.
