摘要
欠发达地区高校由于先天不足而导致人才问题比较突出,实施人才强校战略是其必然选择。针对人才流失严重、结构不均衡、机制不完善这一现状,必须坚持科学发展观,合理制定师资队伍建设规划,走可持续发展道路;必须坚持以人为本,营造人才成长的良好环境;必须创新人才工作机制,提高人才工作效率;必须加强青年教师的培养。
The congenital deficiencies lead to personnel erosion at the underdeveloped regions universities, so it is natural choice of using trained personnel. Adhere to the scientific concept of development, construction planning at teaching staff; take the road of sustainable development; Adhere to people -oriented, creating a good environment for the growth of talent; Adhere to creating talents working mechanism, improving work efficiency; Adhere to strengthen training young teachers.
