国家实施西部大开发战略为西部高校的发展带来了机遇 ,西部高校要获得大发展必须加强人才的稳定和引进工作 ,建设一支高水平的教师队伍。
The state's western development strategies give opportunities to the western universities. The western universities must strengthen the work of stabling and introducing the talents and establishing a high level of teachers.
