摘要
目的 从板蓝根中提取分离活性成分。方法 板蓝根用 95 %乙醇渗漉 ,不同极性溶剂提取 ,再用硅胶柱色谱分离单体 ,测定化合物的理化常数和波谱数据 ,鉴定其化学结构。结果 分离得到 5个化合物 ,分别鉴定为 :β 谷甾醇 (β sitosterolⅠ ) ,棕榈酸 (plamiticacidⅡ ) ,琥珀酸 (succinicacidⅢ ) ,胡萝卜苷 (daucosterolⅣ )和远志醇 (polygalitolⅤ )。 结论 化合物Ⅲ 。
OBJECTIVE: The bio-active constituents were expected to be obtained from the root of Isatis indigotica Fort. METHODS: The powdered plant material was percolated with 95% alcohol. The percolate was extracted with different solvents. The extract was analyzed via chromatography on silica gel column. The compounds were identified by their physicochemical properties and spectral data (MS, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and IR) respectively. RESULTS: Five compounds were isolated from the root of Isatis Indigotica Fort. They were β-sitosterol (I), plamitic acid (II), succinic acid (III), daucosterol (IV) and polygalitol (V). CONCLUSION: Compound III and V were isolated from this plant for the first time.
