摘要
【目的】对板蓝根水提醇沉后提取液的不同部位的抗炎作用进行研究。【方法】用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀、角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖肿,观察板蓝根水提醇沉提取液的不同部位的抗炎作用。【结果】板蓝根和板蓝根水提醇沉提取液中的碱性化合物对二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀、角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖肿有明显的抑制作用。而板蓝根水提醇沉提取液中的酸性、中性和两性化合物的作用不明显。【结论】板蓝根水提醇沉提取物中酸性、中性和两性化合物抗炎作用不明显,而碱性化合物和板蓝根都具有明显的抗炎作用。
[ Objective ] To evaluate and compare the anti-inflammation activity of the different chemical fractions isolated from Radix Isatidis. [Methods] Dimethylbenzene was used to make the mouses ear swelling and carrageenan was used to make rats foot swelling. The anti-inflammatory function of Radix Isatidis and the different chemical fractions isolated from Radix Isatidis was observed. [ Results ] Radix Isatidis and the alkaline fraction from Radix Isatidis have more powerful anti-inflammatory function. [ Conclusions] The anti-inflammation fraction of Radix Isatidis is alkaline fraction.
