摘要
从狭叶栀子(Gardenia stenophylla Merr.)茎乙醇提取物中分离得到11个化合物,通过理化性质及波谱分析鉴定为桦木酸(betulinic acid,1)、香草酸(vanillic acid,2)、丁香醛(syringaldehyde,3)、丁香酸(syringic acid,4)、对羟基苯甲醛(parahydroxybenzaldehyde,5)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(dibutyl phthalate,6)、邻羟基苯甲酸(2-hy-droxy-benzoic acid,7)、琥珀酸(succinic acid,8)、D-甘露醇(D-mannitol,9)、β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,10)、β-胡萝卜苷(β-daucosterol,11)。所有化合物为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Eleven compounds were isolated from the stems of Gardenia stenophylla MelT.. The chemical structures of these 11 compounds were identified as : betulinic acid ( 1 ), vanillic acid (2), syringaldehyde (3), syringic acid (4), parahydroxybenzaldehyde (5), dibutyl phthalate (6), 2-hydroxy-benzoic acid (7), succinie acid (8), D-mannitol ( 9 ),β-sitosterol (10), daucosterol (11) by comparing physicochemical and NMR properties with the reported data. All compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
