摘要
本文报告了以新鲜白栎为饲料,对于蚕各项营养指标的测定结果,全幼虫期的食叶面积,食叶重量分别为307705.67平方毫米和36897.95毫克,蚁蚕体重为2.86毫克,熟蚕5267.43毫克,为蚁蚕的1841.76倍.相对摄食速率和相对生长速率均随虫龄增长而逐渐下降,消化量则相反,近似消化率开始逐渐上升,以三龄为最高,尔后逐渐下降,以末龄为最低,全幼虫期合计,幼虫近似消化率为28.33%;各龄近似消化率平均为45.53%.
The quantitative nutritional approach of the Japanese oak silkworm fed with the fresh leaves of Quercus fabri was measured. The area and the weight of food ingested per larva throughout the whole larval period were 307 705.67 mm2 and 36 897.95 mg. The body weight of newly hatched larva averaged 2.86 mg and that of mature larva averaged 5 267.43 mg, which was 1 841.76 times as heavy as the newly hatched larva. In comparisons of early and late instar performances, the relative consumption rate and the relative growth rate of the latter declined, while the amount of food digested increased. The approximate digestibility increased as the 1st instar grown to 3rd in tar, subsequently decreased gradually, and the final instar was the lowest. The approximate digestibility for the entire larval span was 28.33% and the averaged approximate digestibility for the 1st to 5th instar was 45.03%.
