摘要
在2(?)℃条件下,用14℃测定了两个种群大型溞在1‰～7‰盐幅内的摄食速率,结果表明,山西种群的摄食速率明显地比吉林的高。盐度为3‰时,大型溞的摄食速率最高,吉林幼溞在盐度2‰时摄食速率最高。两个种群的大型溞具有明显的昼夜摄食节律,7(?)和15(?)时为高峰,盐度对摄食节律无影响。
The feeding rate of two populations of Daphnia magia was assaied in different salinities at 20℃ on salinities with 14C. The results showed that the highest feedint rate of SX Daphnia occurred in 3 ‰s, while JL juenile of Daphnia in2‰s. All of two populstions of Daphnia had significant diel rhythms. The feeding rate of Daphnia had the highest values at 7:00 and 15:00. Salities hadn't an effect on the diel rhythme of the feeding rate of Daphnia.
